If the colon function becomes compromised, it will begin to absorb toxins into the blood stream, which is opposite from its normal duty, to expel them.
Gluten intolerance is not recognized, as a genuine condition, by most medical professionals. It the individual tests do not show positive signs of celiac disease, this does not mean that their symptoms are not genuine. The big difference, in these 2 conditions is gluten intolerance does not damage the intestines, but the symptoms are similar.
